Vocabulary LDA #4 - unit 4.2

For the next vocabulary LDAs, you will write an answer to a question on your blog. Your answer should contain at least 10 of the words. Some errors are ok but you should check your answer for grammar and spelling before you post.

The question for this vocabulary LDA (Unit 4.2) is:

You've probably heard many stories about conflict in the workplace. Write about a conflict you might face in the workplace and write how you would resolve it.

You should create an answer from your opinion. You should use at least ten of the keywords.

Friendship during the good and bad times.

Friendship is a phenomenon that happens regularly around the world. It doesn't happen to everyone but logically it would happen to you and a few more people. Friends are usually there in the positive or good times. Perhaps two people are attracted through sports or hobbies. They share a mutual connection and the good times will maintain their friendship. They will continue to be friends.
However, friendships may come to an end during times of stress or when people face challenges. Perhaps people become lonely, have a mental health problem, or feel excluded from other friends. True friends will stick together and keep in contact. According to my hypothesis, real friends help each other survive during the really bad times. Some people get exposed to really terrible situations and true friendships will be reinforced. So that's why real friends are those that share the good and bad times together.
